中央線沿線地域の雨水循環的活用可能性の大きなテーマとなる中央線高架橋に降る雨水水質調査を実施するとともに、当NPOが設置した雨水循環・活用施設の水質調査や、先進事例の整理等を通じて、雨水活用をめぐる課題を明らかにし、中央線沿線のどの地域で雨水活川を進めるべきか検討を行った。 更に、中央線沿線地域の7大学（東京経済大学、東京学芸大学、法政大学、東京農工大学、亜細亜大学、目本獣医生命科学大学、国際基督教大学）を連携した雨水を巡る連続講座を実施、中央線沿線地域で、市民参加によりどのような雨水活用システムが展開し得るのか、研究を行い、その成果を広く発表した。 Rainwater quality surveys were carried out at viaducts along the Chuo Line, which is an important consideration when discussing the possibility of rainwater utilization in areas along the Chuo Line. We also carried out water quality analysis at our facilities for rainwater recycling and utilization, and organized the experience of previous cases in order to clarify the problems regarding rainwater utilization. As a result of these studies, discussions were held as to in which area along the Chuo Line rainwater utilization should be conducted. In addition, we gave a series of lectures on rainwater, in collaboration with seven universities in the area along the Chuo Line (Tokyo Keizai University, Tokyo Gakugei University, Hosei University, Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, Asia University, Nippon Veterinary and Life Science University, and the International Christian University). Through this activity, we examined what kinds of rainwater utilization systems could be introduced that involve ordinary citizens, and widely disseminated the results. |
