多摩川中流部の農業用水等の取水実熊の現地調査並びに取水量等の経年変化調査、多摩川流域変更計面を個別調査、現地調査並ぴに現地ヒアリングを行っ た。この結果から、都水道用水と農業用水間の渇水調整、農業用水水利権の見直し、治水と利水相互の問題点、他河川の渇水調整事例の検証を行った。 We carried out on-site surveys to examine the situation of water intake from the middle reaches of the Tama River for agricultural purposes, as well as the year-to-year changes in the amount of water intake. We also investigated every diversion project on the Tama River by conducting on-site surveys and on-site hearing surveys. Through these investigations, we reviewed water shortage control between metropolitan water supply and agricultural water, reassessed agricultural water rights, discussed problems with the balance between flood control and water use, and studied water shortage control in other rivers. |
