多摩川水系流域のうち、特に日野市を中心とする地域について、旺盛な都市化による河川流出量増大に対処する方歩として、新たな水系管理の在り方を提案し、それに関する基礎研究を行うのが、本研究の意図である。 In the basins of the Tamagawa River System, an increasing volume of discharge is becoming a problem, owing to the rapid urban development. In order to suggest a water management method as a measure for the problem, we carried out relevant basic research, focusing especially on Hino City. |
